With housing options both on and off campus, an active Greek life, and well-known sports teams, the campus is vibrant. With 10,000 undergraduate students, you’ll be able to cultivate the right community for you. As a marketing student, you’ll be enrolled in the Wharton School—renowned for its graduate programs. Founded in 1831, New York University is located in Manhattan and boasts an enrollment of more than 26,000 students. A private institution, NYU is a city school, with no clearly defined campus. New York University offers 30 Greek chapters and more than 300 student organizations. With New York City on your doorstep, you will always have something to do.

5. University of California–Berkeley

The majority—95 percent—of freshmen live on campus. Here, you will find 1,000 different student organizations and a strong Greek system. 6. Indiana University–Bloomington

A public school founded in 1820, Indiana University–Bloomington has an undergraduate population of nearly 40,000 students. With more than 8,000 student members of the Greek system and 750 student organizations, there’s something for everyone.

University of North Carolina–Chapel Hill is a public school that was founded in 1789. It’s set on over 700 acres and has 18,500 undergraduate students. Almost 20 percent of the UNC Chapel Hill students belong to a fraternity or sorority. Nearly half of all undergraduate students choose to live on campus. Each class has at least 82 percent of students coming from North Carolina.
